For 20 years AV Chicago has provided services to the meetings and events industry. As events go completely or partly virtual, our team is ready with solutions necessary to make your event great.
Access Control
Registration Options
Open Event
Often useful in fundraising and brand events, the open event allows anyone to participate. This is not recommended because it misses great opportunities to gather contact information and other details from the attendee when a contact capture page is added.
Contact Capture
Open events offer great opportunities to capture information from the attendee. Information like name and email can be gathered to expand mailing lists. There are additional opportunities to ask other questions that can help event organizers better understand their attendees.
Single Password
Single password events create simple protection against unwanted attendees. Event participants are provided a password during the registration process that allows access to the event. Planners should consider the possibility of the password being distributed to others. Coupled with a contact capture wall, this can be an effective tool to provide limited access control.
Event Registration
While more time consuming to the attendee and the event planner, the most secure option is requiring attendees to register for the event and provide a username and password on the day of the event. With this solution, event planners can limit the number of times a user can be logged on which prevents the sharing of credentials.

TESTIMONIALS
Cory Fowkes, CMP - Director of Productions
AV Chicago has created a platform that is dynamic, agile, customizable, and combined with the talents of their team of professionals, turnkey. During a time when "Content is King" but "Conversation is Crucial," the ability to provide quality content in a webinar format and then smoothly transition into a platform for group collaboration and conversation; that functionality was the secret to our virtual event's resounding success. From an execution standpoint, the technology required and the ability to easily communicate with all presenters remotely, provided a level of confidence and comfort which was evident in the smooth and professional execution of this live virtual event.
